Employee Referral Bonus
Earn a $75 referral bonus when you refer someone who gets hired at Old Scratch Pizza.
Who can participate?
All current active Old Scratch Pizza employees are eligible.
How do I make a referral?
To qualify, you must submit your referral through the “Refer and earn $75” link in your personal OSP ADP Career Portal.
The referral portal only works in a web browser and does not work in the ADP mobile app.
How do I qualify for the bonus?
You will receive the referral bonus if:
your referral is hired within 60 days of submitting their application
your referral stays employed with Old Scratch Pizza for at least 60 days
you are still an active employee when the bonus is paid
When will I get paid?
The bonus is $75 pre-tax and will be paid within 30 days after the referred employee reaches 60 days of employment. It will be included in your regular paycheck.
Important rules to know:
Applications submitted outside of the ADP referral portal do not qualify
If more than one employee refers the same person, only the first referral submitted will count
Referral bonuses will not be split
If you leave the company before the bonus is paid, you will forfeit the bonus
Referral bonuses are considered taxable income
Old Scratch Pizza may update or change this program at any time
This program applies only to referrals made on or after September 1, 2024
By participating in the referral bonus program, employees agree to comply with the above rules and guidelines. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disqualification from receiving the referral bonus. This program begins on September 01, 2024.
